I am committed to guiding individuals toward their better selves through the transformative power of hypnotherapy.

With a passion for personal growth and well-being, I provide online sessions that help clients overcome limiting beliefs, manage stress, and unlock their full potential.

My approach is compassionate and tailored, ensuring that each person feels supported on their unique journey.

I combine hypnotherapy and naturopathy to empower my clients to create positive change in their lives. Together, we work to achieve lasting results and cultivate a mindset that fosters success and fulfillment.

Walk us through the moment when you knew your current field was your calling? Where were you? What happened?

It all started when I was 19-20 years old (Im currently 29). I wanted to lose weight easily so I began searching for a solution to boost my metabolism. From there, an immense interest in nutrition took place in me. That led me to reading the book "How Not to Die" from Micheal Greger, from that, I understood how nutrition has a huge impact on our health and how it can be used to truly prevent and reverse sooo many diseases by working on the root cause. This is when an interest in Holistic Nutrition specifically grew in me.

I got in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Ottawa. But it felt like that wasn't enough, it wasn’t holistic at all. We weren't addressing the root cause of diseases, only learning how to adapt the diet around it.

Thank God, COVID came around, I refused the vaccine and got kicked out of school so I was desperately searching for something else to do. I knew I wanted to stay in the health field, I even started my application for Arizona's online Dietetics program.

But then, I came across a naturopathic program here in Montreal. The more I read about this profession the more I was excited to enroll in it. It responded to all of my values, the Holistic approach, the body capacity of self-healing, using food as medicine, etc.

Finally, after starting the program, a whole world of alternative medicine opened to me. I wanted to do everything. So while I was studying naturopathy, I was looking for something else to do to complement this and the field that took the less time to study in was hypnotherapy.

I wasn't even convinced at first. But, the more I learned and practiced it, the more I believed that your subconscious mind is a powerful tool that can either heal or do harm to you.

In 2023, while studying hypnotherapy, my sister, who had severe anxiety for at least 10 years, did some sessions with my teacher, after trying everything(except medication) After not even like 8-9 sessions, her anxiety was gone, it was like day and night ! I was the one helping her through all those years, I saw how it broke her. Seeing how only a few sessions changed her, that’s when I knew hypnotherapy mainly was my calling.

I want to help others who think there's no solution, because there is always a way out, but the subconscious is strong enough to make us believe otherwise. We all have the power inside of us to change, we just need some guidance.

What is it about your field that brings you joy?

Achieving positive outcomes and witnessing the tangible benefits in the lives of those I work with brings me immense satisfaction. Knowing that my efforts contribute to their peace and well-being is deeply fulfilling. Additionally, the opportunity to build meaningful connections with my clients is invaluable to me.

Who do you serve? Who is your ideal client?

I have a diverse range of ideal clients. Here are a few examples:

- Individuals experiencing anxiety, regardless of its cause.

- Those seeking healing from past traumas.

- Entrepreneurs struggling with limiting beliefs, a challenge I understand firsthand.

- Clients aiming to lose weight, for whom I integrate hypnotherapy and naturopathy.

Effective weight loss involves more than just managing caloric intake; for instance, many people gain weight due to stress, necessitating a focus on both the mind and dietary habits.

Why did you choose to serve the people you serve? What makes you so passionate about serving your clients?

I chose to serve clients with anxiety due to my personal experience with my sister. Anxiety impacts not just the individual but their entire support system. While I was able to manage and understand the situation, I recognize that not everyone has that same resilience. By helping individuals with anxiety, I also alleviate some of the burden on their loved ones.

For entrepreneurs, my motivation stems from my own journey. I have faced limiting beliefs, impostor syndrome, and the stress that comes with entrepreneurship. My personal experience allows me to empathize and effectively support other entrepreneurs in overcoming these challenges.

Regarding weight loss, I understand how significantly it can affect one's self-esteem and confidence. Achieving weight loss and fitness goals offers numerous mental and physical benefits, and I am passionate about helping individuals realize these positive changes in their lives.

What has been the greatest obstacle you’ve had to overcome as an entrepreneur? AND What advice can you give to help entrepreneurs on the rise overcome or even avoid this obstacle?

The greatest obstacle I faced was posting my first reel on Instagram and I know that building an online presence is important!

It took me two days to film a 30-second clip because I constantly felt it wasn't good enough. I thought I looked tired, overweight, and just not presentable. However, while reviewing my drafts one day, I realized that these negative perceptions were all in my head; I actually looked perfectly fine.

My advice is simple: just post it lol. Don't overthink it or let self-doubt hold you back. Often, we are our own worst critics, and what we perceive as flaws are usually not as noticeable to others. Taking action and putting yourself out there is the key to overcoming this obstacle.

What has been the greatest personal challenge you’ve had to overcome in your entrepreneurial journey? How did you overcome it?

The greatest personal challenge I faced was quitting my part-time job. Just three days after resigning, I sprained my ankle, which, from a psychosomatic perspective, signified my fear of moving forward in life. This new venture brought significant stress, particularly due to financial uncertainty, as I would have no income until I secured clients.

To overcome this challenge, I developed a detailed plan and relied on positive affirmations to reassure myself that everything would be fine. This combination of strategic planning and maintaining a positive mindset helped me navigate the transition successfully.

Who are you when the workday is over and the clients are gone?

Still me haha. I remain true to myself. Authenticity is important to me, and I strive to be the same person with my clients as I am in my personal life. While I naturally adapt to different individuals, just as I would in everyday interactions, I always maintain my genuine self.

Entrepreneurship is no easy feat. What are your go-to techniques and tools to stay focused and keep your momentum?

I rely on several strategies to stay focused and maintain momentum. Having a coach provides invaluable guidance and accountability. Additionally, I regularly read books and listen to podcasts on entrepreneurship and self-development to keep my passion and motivation alive. I also frequently browse Eventbrite to find and attend networking events, which allows me to connect with like-minded individuals and stay inspired.

What has been THE BEST business decision you’ve made for yourself?

Attending networking events for entrepreneurs has been the best business decision I’ve made. Being in an environment surrounded by driven individuals motivates me to work harder and strive for excellence in building something great.

What impact do you hope to leave behind? How do you want to be remembered?

I hope to be remembered not just as a therapist but as a friend who brought peace and comfort into people's lives. My goal is to leave a legacy of warmth and understanding, making a meaningful difference in the hearts of those I’ve encountered.

Within your professional area of expertise, what is a MUST KNOW tip or piece of advice you want to give our readers?

A crucial piece of advice in my field is to understand that 95% of our mind operates at the subconscious level, while the conscious mind makes up only 5%. When there's a conflict between these two, the subconscious usually has the upper hand.

What are your measurements for success and wellness?

For me, success and wellness are measured by how well I’ve taken care of myself each day. This includes nurturing my body, learning something new—whether through reading or a podcast—having positive interactions with others, and preparing healthy meals. And of course, fitting in some travel whenever I can! :)

Think about your circle of influence. If you could gift more visibility to just one entrepreneur from this network, who would it be and why?

If I could spotlight one entrepreneur from my network, it would be Manu Lemire. I've been following him on Instagram and listening to his podcast, Life Mastery Podcast (in French), has been incredibly inspiring.

He motivates listeners to become their best selves and to establish healthy boundaries.

Unlike many entrepreneurs who offer advice that's often unrealistic and/or too generic—like waking up at 5 a.m. and following a strict regimen, etc—Manu provides practical, empowering guidance that truly resonates.
